S13 Day 10 - Sorrowful Mysteries in Petition

Hello family, and welcome to day 10 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, and I’m so thankful you’re here again today.

Today we continue praying for peace in the world, and for freedom from addictions, for those who are struggling, for those in recovery, and for the families and friends who walk with them in love and faith. We’re also praying for the intentions you carry in your heart. If you’d like us to pray for you by name, please visit our website at 54daysofroses.com to submit your names and intentions.

Before we begin today’s reflection, I want to take a moment to thank you. Right now, we have about 1,200 people praying with us every day, in both English and Spanish. That’s incredible! But imagine if we could grow our Rosary family to 2,000 people praying together daily. We can do that, and it starts with something simple: by sharing this episode with just one person.

Maybe it’s a friend, a family member, or someone who needs peace and hope today. You can also forward the daily email you receive from us, it’s one of the easiest ways to invite someone into prayer.

And if you’re not receiving our daily emails yet, please subscribe on our website at 54daysofroses.com. Together, we can bring more hearts to prayer, one Rosary, one day, and one invitation at a time.

The reflection of today is about the power of daily prayer for recovery. Prayer is powerful because it connects us to God’s mercy day after day. When we pray consistently, we replace fear with faith and worry with trust.

Recovery, whether from addiction, anxiety, or anything that weighs us down, isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up and letting God do what we can’t do alone.

Each Rosary you pray is one more step toward freedom. You may not see the change right away, but grace is working quietly within you. So today, let’s ask for the strength to stay faithful in prayer, to keep showing up, one day at a time.

Our prayer for today is simple: Jesus, give us perseverance in prayer. Mary, help us stay faithful, one day at a time.

If you're keeping up with your journal, write down and notice what God is teaching you through consistency.

Let's begin

Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, we ask for your intercession as we pray for peace in the world, for those struggling with addictions, and for all who long for freedom, renewal, and hope.
