S13 Day 11 - Glorious Mysteries in Petition
Hello family, and welcome to day 11 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, and I’m so grateful that you’re here again today.
This season, we continue to pray for peace in the world, and for freedom from addictions, for those who are struggling right now, for those in recovery, and for the families and friends who walk this journey with so much love, patience, and faith.
And remember, we’re also praying for the intentions you carry in your heart. If you’d like us to pray for you by name, please visit our website at 54daysofroses.com and send in your names or intentions.
Now before we move into today’s reflection, I’d love to invite you to be part of something special. We’ve been hearing such powerful stories of how this novena is touching lives, and I’d love to hear yours.
If this podcast has helped you grow in prayer, find peace, or trust God a little more, would you record a short voice note on your phone and send it to me? Your testimony could be featured in a future episode, and I know it would inspire someone else to keep praying. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just from the heart.
Today’s theme is “how isolation feeds addiction.” You know, addiction often grows in silence.
When we feel disconnected ,from others, from hope, or even from God , our hearts start looking for something to fill that emptiness. And the enemy loves that. He wants us to believe we’re alone, that no one could possibly understand or help.
But that’s not true. God created us for connection, to love, to be known, and to walk together. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in community, in prayer, and in the quiet courage of reaching out.
Even if you’re praying alone right now, know that you’re part of something much bigger , thousands of voices united with yours through this novena. You’re not alone in your struggle, and you’re not alone in your healing.
So today, let’s ask for the grace to reach out to God, and to one another. Our prayer for today: Jesus, help me remember that I am never alone. Mary, surround me with love and community that leads to healing.
For your journal today, reflect on this question: Where do I isolate myself when I’m hurting and who might God be asking me to reach out to?
Now let’s lift up our intentions together.
Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, today we bring to you every heart struggling with loneliness, addiction, and fear. Draw them close to your Son, and remind them that they are deeply loved.
We pray for peace in the world, for all those who feel isolated, and for every person seeking hope, healing, and connection.
And today, we especially pray for: Adeline, Alana, Alyssa, Amelia, Anne, Antonio, Beth, Bernie, Briana, Carla, Carlos, Charlotte, Colin, Cristina, Dan, Dani, Daniela, Daniel T, David, Elijah, Elena, Emilyn, Emily, Fernando, Fiore, Hellen, Holy Trinity Home Care Agency, Ify, Irene, John, Julietta, Kalev, Kathleen, Kyle, Liya, Lisa, Maria Delfina, Marlene, Mathew, Nina, Nhan, Olivia, Rafael, Ricardo, Samuel, Sharon, Sophia, Soraia, souls of Brian and Myra, Steve, Tanisha, Theodore, Tori, Vic, and Xanne.

With love,
Maritza Mendez.
