S13 Day 17- Joyful Mysteries in Petition
Hello family, and welcome to day 17 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, and I’m grateful you’re here today.

This season, we continue praying for peace in the world, for freedom from addictions, for those who are struggling, for those in recovery, and for the families walking with them in love and faith. We’re also praying for the intentions you carry in your heart.
Today we reflect on the patience that recovery requires.
Change takes time. Breaking habits takes time. Healing takes time. And sometimes the hardest part is being patient with ourselves. We want progress to be quick, we want the struggle to stop, and when it doesn’t, we feel discouraged. But recovery is a daily process.
Some days feel strong, and some days feel like we’re starting over. That doesn’t mean failure, it means you’re human. God works slowly and gently, and every small step forward matters. Today, give yourself permission to grow at the pace that grace is unfolding in your life.
Our prayer for today is simple: Lord, give me patience with myself and with this process. Help me trust the work You’re doing in me, even when I can’t see it.
