S13 Day 24 - Luminous Mysteries in Petition

Hello family, and welcome to day 24 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, and I’m so grateful you’re here today.

Before we begin, I have a small request that would truly help our mission. We have close to 2,000 people praying with us daily, but we still haven’t received a single review this season.

If just five of you could take a moment today to leave a rating or a review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify, it would help us reach so many more people. You’ll find the links listed in the show notes. Thank you family, your support makes such a difference.

This season, we continue praying for peace in the world, for freedom from addictions, for those who are struggling now, for those in recovery, and for the families and friends walking with them in love and hope.  And we also hold in prayer the intentions you carry in your heart.

Today, we reflect on Mary’s maternal love for the wounded heart.

Every one of us carries wounds, from disappointment, fear, addiction, loss, or things we don’t even know how to name. And sometimes those wounds feel too deep, too old, or too tender to touch. But Mary is a mother who knows how to hold a hurting heart. She doesn’t rush us. She doesn’t judge us. She doesn’t expect us to “be strong.” She simply stays.

At the foot of the Cross, she stayed. With her Son in His suffering, she stayed. And with us, in our brokenness, she stays. Her love is gentle, patient, and filled with compassion. She reminds us that God doesn’t turn away from our wounds, He enters them, heals them, and transforms them.

So today, if your heart feels tired, ashamed, overwhelmed, or hurting, place it in Mary’s hands. Let her carry it to Jesus.

Our prayer today is: “Mary, Mother of Mercy, hold my wounded heart and bring it to the healing love of your Son.”

If you are keeping up with your journal, ask yoursel What wound in my heart needs Mary’s gentle, motherly care today?

Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, today we bring you every wounded heart, every heavy burden, every soul longing for healing and hope.

We pray especially for: Adrian, Alina, Alisha, Ally, Alfonso, Ava, Beatrice, Bethann, Brandon, Brian, Carina, Carmen, Carol, Christian, Christina, Christine, Ciaro, Colin, Delainey, Denizia, Dolores, Doreen, Ella, Elizabeth, Enith, Farid, Gabriela, Greg, Gregory, Ignacio, Joni, John, Jose, Judy, Kate, KellyAnn, Kendi, Kimberly, Kim, LaTerrena, Laura, Leon, Lilly, Lisa, Manuel, Maria, Maria Beth, Maria Ellen, Maria Guadalupe, Marianne, Marlene, Max, Megan, Michel, Michol, Natalie, Patrick, Rayo, Roger, Sabrina, Serina, Siji, Stephan, Tim. Maritza Mendez.
